A Maple Grove Union Cemetery District Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Williams County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Maple Grove Union Cemetery District to replace a property tax levy of up to 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the maintenance and operation of the District.[1]

“ | A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Maple Grove Union Cemetery District for the purpose of maintaining and operating Maple Grove Union Cemetery at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.[1][2] | ” |
