This question authorized the Maple Grove Union Cemetery District to replace a property tax levy of up to 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the maintenance and operation of the District.[1]

| “ | A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Maple Grove Union Cemetery District for the purpose of maintaining and operating Maple Grove Union Cemetery at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.[1][2] | ” |
