Marc H. Goldberg was a candidate for judge of the Waterford Town Court in Saratoga County, New York.[1]

Goldberg ran for election as a Town Justice on November 8th after winning the Democratic and Working Families primaries. He earned 24.4% of the vote and was defeated by Nancy M. Sunukjian in the General Election.[2][3][4][1]
