Marc Herschfus
Marc Herschfus (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Michigan's 14th Congressional District. He lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Herschfus is a former candidate for the Forty-sixth Judicial District Court in Michigan.[1] Herschfus was defeated in the primary election on August 2, 2016.

Selection method

Judges of the Michigan District Courts are each elected to six-year terms.[3] The elections for this court are nonpartisan contested elections. To serve on this court, a judge must be a qualified elector of the district, licensed to practice law in the state, under the age of 70, and have five years of experience practicing law.
