Marc J. Whiten
Marc J. Whiten is a former judge for the New York City Criminal Court of New York County, New York. He served on the court from 2008 to 2018.[1]
Education
Whiten received his B.S. from Carroll University and his J.D. from the New York Law School.[2]
Career
Prior to his judicial career, Whiten worked with the firm of Armienti DeBellis & Whiten, LLP, as an associate of Bower & Gardner, and as the Supervisor of the Narcotics Bureau for the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. He was appointed to the New York City Civil Court in July of 2007 as an interim judge. He was then appointed to the Criminal Court in September of 2008.[2]
