Marc M. Baldwin
Marc M. Baldwin is a former judge on the Vicinage 3 Superior Court in New Jersey. He served on the Civil Division.[1] Baldwin was appointed to the court by Governor Christie Whitman in 2000 and obtained tenured status in 2007. He became presiding judge of the Civil Division in December 2011.[2] He retired on December 31, 2015.[3]
Education
Baldwin received his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.[4]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the bench, Baldwin was a partner with the firm Parker, McKay & Criscuolo.[5]
