Marcella A. Holland was a judge on the Eighth Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. She began serving as a judge on the court on September 18, 1997 and became the circuit administrative judge for the Eighth Circuit on November 8, 2003. She retired on November 30, 2013.[1]

Education

Holland received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1980 and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1983.[1]
