Marcia Callaway-Ingram is a Republican and the chief judge for the Pike County Magistrate Court in Georgia. She was first appointed to the position on May 25, 2010, following the resignation of Judge Priscilla Killingsworth. Callaway-Ingram won a full term in the seat in 2012, and won a second full term in the partisan general election on November 8, 2016.

Judges of the Georgia Magistrate Courts are either elected or appointed to terms of varying lengths.[1] The elections for this court type are contested and may be partisan or nonpartisan. To serve on this court, a judge must be a county resident for at least one year, be 25 years of age, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.[2]
