Marcia Stewart was a judge for the 11th Judicial District of North Carolina. She retired from the bench in 2006.[1]

Education

Stewart received her undergraduate degree in public administration from Michigan State University in 1991 and her J.D. from Campbell University in 1995.[2]

Career

Before becoming a judge, Stewart practiced law with a focus in family law. She also served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps, retiring at the rank of Captain. She returned to private practice with her firm Stewart, Schmidlin, Bullock & Gupta, PLLC in 2006.[2]
