Biography
Chu has his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and his master's degree from the University of Phoenix. At the time of his candidacy, he was pursuing his Ph.D. in accounting at Capella University. He was working as an affordability engineer for a major aerospace company. He is a self-described "fiscally conservative Christian."[1]
