Biography
Sanders was born in Anchorage, Alaska in 1982, and attended East High School. His professional experience includes working as an associate pastor at the Greater Friendship Baptist Church and as an employee at Wendler Middle School. Sanders has experience in the following organizations:[1]

The city of Anchorage, Alaska, held elections for city council on April 4, 2017. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 10, 2017. Six of the 11 city council seats were up for election.[2] Felix Rivera defeated Don Smith, Marcus Sanders, and Ron Alleva in the Anchorage Assembly, District 4-Seat G general election.[3]
