Marcus Shields (Democratic Party) was a judge for Seat 5 of the North Carolina 18th Judicial District Court. He assumed office in 2018. He left office on September 15, 2022.

Biography

Marcus Shields obtained a degree from the University of South Carolina and his J.D. from the North Carolina Central School of Law. Prior to his appointment, Shields worked as an attorney in private practice, for the North Carolina Legal Services, and as an assistant public defender.
