Margaret Bartley is the chief judge for the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She was nominated by President Barack Obama (D) in June of 2012 to a 15-year term.[1] She became the chief judge on December 4, 2019.[2]

Education

Bartley earned her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1981 and her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 1993.[1]
