Margaret Jeffus (b. Oct. 22, 1934) is a former Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.

Jeffus received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Guilford College in 1965. She earned her MEd from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 1970. She is a retired educator. She and her husband, Ted, have two children.

On November 2, 2010, Jeffus won election to the North Carolina House of Representatives. She had no primary opposition but was challenged by Theresa Yon (R) in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[1][2]
