Margaret Nagle
Margaret A. Nagle is a former federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She was appointed to this position on July 25, 1997, and retired as a magistrate in 2015. She was succeeded in this position by Judge Karen Stevenson.[1][2][3]
Education
Nagel received an A.B. degree from Boston College in 1972 and a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1975.[1]
Career
Nagle began her career in 1975 as an associate with the firm Goodwin, Procter and Hoar, LLP. She joined Stroock and Lavan, LLP in 1978 and became a partner at this firm in 1984. Nagle worked in this capacity until she was appointed to the court.[1]
