Margaret Samuels

Margaret Samuels was an at-large member of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Board of Education in North Carolina.[1] Samuels resigned from her position on March 5, 2019.[2]
Biography
Samuels is the chief executive officer for OE Enterprises, Inc-Hillsborough, North Carolina. She has worked in various roles as a social worker. Samuels obtained her bachelor's degree in social work from the University of South Florida. She went on to earn her master's degree in social work from New York University.[3]

2015
Four of the seven seats on the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Board of Education were up for election on November 3, 2015. The seats represent the district at-large.
Incumbent Annetta Streater won re-election to her seat. Rani Dasi, Margaret Samuels and Pat Heinrich were elected to the other three seats on the ballot. Incumbent David Saussy, Joal Hall Broun, Gregg Gerdau and Theresa Watson were defeated.[1][4]
