Margaret Spencer is a judge of the Clayton County State Court in Georgia. She was appointed by Gov. Nathan Deal (R) on August 4, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge John C. Carbo III. Spencer was sworn in on August 22, 2017.[1][2]

Spencer earned a bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State University and a J.D. from John Marshall Law School. At the time of her appointment to the bench in 2017, she was the senior assistant solicitor general for the Clayton County Solicitor General's Office.[1]
