Margherita Downey was a candidate for a seat on the Fifteenth Circuit Court of Florida in 2012.[1]
2012 election
Downey ran for election on Aug. 14, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge James Martz after receiving 41.9% of the vote.[2][3]
