Marguerite Quinn (Pennsylvania)
Marguerite Quinn (Republican Party) was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 143. Quinn assumed office in 2007. Quinn left office on November 30, 2018.
Quinn (Republican Party) ran for election to the Pennsylvania State Senate to represent District 10. Quinn lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Quinn is a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 143 from 2006 to 2018.
Biography
Quinn earned her B.A. in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University. When she served in the state House, her professional experience included working as a marketing professional, as a volunteer teacher in American Samoa, and as a professional realtor.

Elections for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 11, 2014. Incumbent Marguerite Quinn was unopposed in the Republican primary. Charles B. Young (D) withdrew from the race on March 24, 2014. Quinn was unchallenged in the general election.[5][6][7]

Quinn ran in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 143. Quinn ran unopposed in the Republican primary on April 24 and defeated Joseph Frederick (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012. [8][9]

Quinn won re-election to District 143 in 2010. She had no opposition in the May 18 Republican primary and defeated Democrat Kathy McQuarrie and Independent Tom Lingenfelter in the general election on November 2, 2010.[10]
