Maria Ellena Chavez-Ruark
Maria Ellena Chavez-Ruark is a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Maryland. She assumed office on June 9, 2020. Her current term ends on June 9, 2034.
Education
Chavez-Ruark obtained a B.S. in accounting and an MBA from Salisbury University in 1991. She earned a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994.[1]
