Maria Hernandez (California judge)
Maria D. Hernandez is a judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California. She assumed office in 2009. Her current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Hernandez won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Hernandez was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in March 2009 to succeed James Brooks.[1][2]

Hernandez received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine and a J.D. from Western State College of Law.[2]
