Marian Blank Horn is a federal judge on senior status for the United States Court of Federal Claims. She joined the court in 1986 after being nominated by President Ronald Reagan. Her term expired in 2001 and she was nominated again by President George H.W. Bush in 2003.[1] She assumed senior status on March 9, 2018.

Horn graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with her bachelor's degree and earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.[1]
