I am a self-made woman of mixed heritage – half Creole, half Salvadorean – who has worked across a full spectrum of California jobs, from low-wage worker to C-level executive. I have no political resume or affiliations. I have lived in the city, and in a rural community. I’m not a millionaire. I value success and successful people, but do not support corporate monopolies.

I am one Californian ready to take a stand and work toward solutions that are doable and that prioritize harmony of life for everyday people in our state. If I win, good changes are coming. If I lose, my economic existence in California is at risk, so losing is not an option. I will immediately start or join the next gubernatorial recall effort, run for governor next year, and work on building a coalition to end our state’s constant crises.

  • Immediate rent increase moratorium to freeze rents, along with a property tax increase moratorium, because any property tax increase is a rent increase.
  • Pro-police, pro-enforcing the law. That includes actually jailing criminals.
  • No more tent cities. A large part of our homeless population is addicted to a drug that is stronger than any drug any society has ever encountered, creating an unprecedented public health and safety hazard. To address this, I will coordinate the removal of all homeless encampments to full spectrum recovery sites away from cities. I will further coordinate permanent, tailored support with the various shelters, rehab centers, advocacy groups, veterans’ associations, and other service providers throughout the state. I will also seek the immediate commission of a cure for fentanyl addiction – the drug is a death sentence for a majority of users. No more unsheltered Californians.
Economic policy.

To the California worker, renter, retiree, homeowner, and business owner: millions of us are in danger of becoming economic exiles because we cannot afford to live here and do business here long term. As you read this, the California government is working on new ways of raising your taxes and collecting new fees from you. As governor, I will fight so that you can afford to stay in California.

Our economy is, remarkably, one of the world's largest. It is also extremely polarized, with a high level of poverty, economic exclusion, and terminal costs of living. I am greatly interested in policies and solutions which remove economic barriers and promote economic inclusion, growth, and staying power for our low-wage and middle-class residents and local businesses, without the redistribution of wealth.

Public Safety.

Personal safety is essential to the harmony of life. I will actively pursue measures that provide a backstop to ensure the safety of our residents when local jurisdictions show negligence in protecting Californians from violence.
That they be a true voice for the people, because that is what California lacks the most.
That people who once wondered how long they could afford to stay here began making long-term plans for retirement in California.
