Marie Lihotz
Marie E. Lihotz was a New Jersey Tax Court judge on assignment to the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, where she served as a presiding judge.[1] She joined the tax court on August 15, 1997, and began serving in the appellate division on August 1, 2006.[2] Lihotz retired in September 2017.[3]
Biography
Lihotz received a B.A. from the University of Delaware, a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and an L.L.M. from the New York University School of Law. Lihotz began her career as a private practice lawyer. In 1997, she was appointed to the tax court by Governor Whitman.[2][4]
