Marie Rader
Marie Rader (b. June 10, 1941) is a former Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 89 from 1997 to 2017. She resigned effective December 31, 2017, due to health concerns.[1]
Biography
Rader's professional experience includes owning her own business and working as the executive director of public housing for the City of McKee.

Elections for the Kentucky House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 28, 2014. Joey Jayson Taylor II ran unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Marie L. Rader defeated Michael Bryant and Gerardo Serrano in the Republican primary. Rader defeated Taylor in the general election.[5][6][7]

Rader won re-election in the 2012 election for Kentucky House of Representatives District 89. She defeated Carlos Cameron in the Republican primary on May 22, 2012, and was unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[8][9]

Rader won re-election to the 89th District Seat in 2010 with no opposition. According to official results, Rader received 10,989 votes.[10]
Rader ran unopposed in the May 18 Republican primary election.[11][12]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Rader was re-elected to the 89th District Seat in the Kentucky House of Representatives with no opposition.[13] She raised $9,848 for her campaign.[14]
