Marilyn Cassidy
Marilyn B. Cassidy was a judge of the Cleveland Municipal Court in Ohio. She assumed office in 2007. She left office on December 31, 2025.
Cassidy ran for re-election for judge of the Cleveland Municipal Court in Ohio. She won in the general election on November 5, 2019.
She was appointed to the court in 2007 by Gov. Robert Taft.[1]

Education
Cassidy received her bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and her J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. [2]
Career
Prior to her appointment to the municipal court, Cassidy worked as an assistant Cuyahoga County prosecutor handling civil litigation in state and federal courts and assisting in some white collar crime investigations and trials.[2]
