Marilyn Go
Marilyn D. Go was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She was appointed to this position on March 10, 1993.[1] Go retired on October 15, 2019.[2]
Education
Judge Go graduated from Radcliffe College in 1973 with a B.A. degree and from Harvard Law School in 1977 with a J.D. degree.[1]
Professional career
Judge Go began her career as clerk for Court of Common Pleas Judge William Marutani. She then worked as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Civil Division of the Eastern District of New York from 1978 to 1982. She then joined the law firm Baden Kramer Huffman Brodsky & Go, where she became a partner in 1984. She worked in this capacity until she was appointed magistrate judge in 1993.[1]
