Marilyn Johnson
Marilyn Johnson was a judge of the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] She was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court in March of 2006 and retained in 2008 and 2014.[2][3] Johnson served on the bench until her retirement in 2015.[4]

Johnson was retained to the Cook Judicial Circuit Court with 78.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]
Evaluations
The Illinois State Bar Association rated Marilyn Johnson as Recommended for retention in 2014.[5]
Education
Johnson earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, going on to receive her J.D. from the University of Illinois.[3]

Johnson worked as a lawyer for over 25 years (including her stint with the Chicago Public Schools).[3]
