Marilyn Lane
Marilyn Lane (b. February 10, 1959) is a former Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 31 from 2010 to 2017.
Lane did not seek re-election to the Michigan House of Representatives in 2016 because she was term-limited.
Lane previously served as the mayor of Fraser.

Elections for the Michigan House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 5, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 22, 2014. Incumbent Marilyn Lane defeated Kathy Blanke and Juliana Goldwater in the Democratic primary. Phil Rode was unopposed in the Republican primary. Lane defeated Rode in the general election.[4][5][6][7]

2012
Lane won election in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 31. Shee ran unopposed in the August 7 Democratic primary and defeated Lynn Evans (R) and James Miller (L) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[8]
2010
Lane ran for election to the District 31 seat in 2010. She defeated Jim Shamaly in the August 3 Democratic primary. She defeated Dan Tollis (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[9][10]
