Marion De Vries (1865-1939) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Customs Appeals and the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.

De Vries was nominated to the Board by President William McKinley. He was confirmed on June 9, 1900. He served as president of the board from 1906 until his April 2, 1910 appointment to the Court of Customs Appeals from President William Howard Taft. He then served that court until October 31, 1922, serving also as presiding judge from 1921 until the end of his service.[1]
