Biography
Marion Devoe was born in Savannah, Georgia. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971. He earned a bachelor's degree from Savannah State University in 1974 and a graduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1999. His career experience includes working as an operations director.[1]
