I was born in Mexico but grew up in the United States, achieving my formal education and professional (public and private) employment experience in Business and Human Resources Talent Management. I hold a PhD in Management in Organizational Leadership, Master’s in Management and Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Corporate Communication. I also have achieved various high-level certifications. I strongly believe in staying relevant in my knowledge and skills to effectively solve the ongoing political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental challenges affecting our quality of life. I'm happily married to my incredible and talented husband who unconditionally loves me and supports my mission in removing barriers for all youth, so they can obtain opportunities in school, career-path, and reach their highest potential in life. I really enjoy nature, hiking, and working-out (no excuses). I have traveled the world and met amazing people from every culture and language. I believe in improving everything that is entrusted to me, and most importantly, I practice gratitude each day for having the opportunity to give back to my family, community, and country.
  • TX HD 150 remains vulnerable to economic decline and safety because of the lack of effective leadership representation and SMART solutions to support businesses' long-term growth and prosperity in our communities.
  • Public Schools, all Districts, are threaten with insufficient funding to provide quality, equitable, and relevant education for every student, and the future of each student is being sabotaged by the authoritarian and dogmatic absolutists in Texas.
  • My desire to create an ecosystem for the business community, residents, and emerging generations is grounded in the fundamental principles that the United States was built by innovators who believed in possibilities, and in honoring their unwavering vision to achieve the impossible, I commit to working diligently, in partnership with the business community and residents to create economic development opportunities for TX District 150.

I have very high standards and choose to set my bar higher each day. No one comes to mind.
An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations.
The Wealth of Nations by Scottish economist and moral philosopher Adam Smith (1723–1790).
Emotional intelligence, intellectual competence, comprehensive relevant knowledge, skills, effective leadership, and ethically conscious.
I don't wait to receive. I give back. I live by this principle. All my life, I have remained committed to serving my family, community, and country.
The elected official must always, no excuse, HONOR the trust constituents have placed by voting and electing her. Remain fully accessible to all constituents, available to meet and speak with them, listen to their concerns, develop and implement solutions that have proven results, ensure to help businesses thrive by supporting them with the most critical resources, oversee students’ achievement in partnership with community leaders, and implement initiatives to help parents raise their children in a safe community and free from racism. Vote for Public Education and Bills that improve the Quality of Life and Freedoms of "The People" this elected official is entrusted to do. Defend and protect the people who don't have a seat at the table but pay taxes for public services and elected officials, so they can do the right thing by abiding to the United States and State Constitutional Laws.
To help children break barriers, so they can reach their full potential.

The Wealth of Nations

This book is timeless.

It has shaped the nations' economies.
To live in a world where social, economic, and environmental injustice is prevalent.
The governor is the head of state who is expected to demonstrate intelligence and behave rationally when evaluating the state legislature proposals. Ideally, the relationship should be collectively productive and objective.
In the next decade, there will be an increased aging population exiting the marketplace, leaving employers without the skilled workforce. The majority of unskilled workforce will not be gainfully employed and able to pay taxes (to government) to absorb the increased cost of consumed services, including healthcare, personal short-and-long term care, social security, and natural resources. There will be an economic imbalance in the supply and demand of goods and services, resulting in more poverty and crime.
Most importantly, they need to have relevant knowledge and skills in economics, accounting, financial management, ethical consciousness, political science, including a comprehensive background in U.S. history.
Legislators share a common result. They were elected by "The People." They need to keep that in mind when working together to ensure their decision-making process abides by constitutional laws to effectively make decisions that benefit their constituents.
I meet with high school students with big dreams to reach their full potential, but they can't because they lack the institutional support to break the economic and social barriers.
This joke!
"When I was a kid, my dad always told me anyone could become president. Now that I’m an adult, I believe it … and it gives me nightmares!"
It has to be a catastrophic event for this to happen.

Public Education
Government financial transparency remains broken because elected officials making decisions have personal interests and motivations for self-gain. There are limited best practices to task "The People" to oversee and hold government accountable. The People would need to possess technical knowledge and educational competencies in macroeconomics, microeconomics, accounting, financial management, and future planning foresight.
