Maritza Berdote Byrne
Maritza Berdote Byrne is a judge for Part A of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. She assumed office on September 1, 2023. Her current term ends on September 1, 2030.
Education
Byrne received her bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in 1989, and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School - Newark in 1992.[1]
Career
Byrne worked at UBS Financial Services, Inc. from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, she was partner at the firm of McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen & Carvelli. She also taught appellate advocacy as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003.[1]
