Marjorie Laird Carter
Marjorie Laird Carter was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. She was appointed to the Orange County Municipal Court by former governor George Deukmejian in June 1990. Carter was elevated to the Superior Court upon court unification in August 1998.[1][2] Carter retired from the court on March 31, 2014.[3]
Education
Carter received a bachelor's degree from Chapman College in 1964 and a J.D. from Irvine University School of Law in 1979.[2]
