On November 4, 2014, McConnell was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term.[1][2][3] 

Biography

Education

McConnell received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.[4]

Career

Before his election to the 18th District Court, McConnell worked as an attorney at the firm of Angelo A. Plakas and Associates, P.C., served as an assistant Westland City attorney and as a prosecutor in the 18th District Court, and worked as a research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals.[2]
