Mark A. McGinnis was a 2014 candidate for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations/Juvenile Division in Franklin County, Ohio.[1] He withdrew from the race in March 2014.[2]

McGinnis received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in 1999, his J.D. degree from the Capital University Law School in 2003, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the Capital University Law School in 2004.[3]
