Mark A. Montour is a judge for the 4th Department of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division. He assumed office on September 29, 2022. His current term ends on December 31, 2027.
Montour is also a judge of the New York Supreme Court 8th Judicial District. His current term ends on January 1, 2028.
Education
Montour earned his B.A. from Canisius College in 1980 and his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1983.[1]
Career
Montour served on the Supreme Court 8th Judicial District in New York. He was elected on November 5, 2013.[2]
Montour was a town court justice for the town of Lancaster before joining the supreme court. He has also worked in private practice.[1][3]
