Mark Allen Babineaux
Mark Allen Babineaux was a 2014 candidate for the 15th Judicial District in Louisiana.[1] He was defeated in the 2014 elections.[2]

Babineaux ran for election to the 15th Judicial District.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on November 4, 2014, receiving 35.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Michelle Meaux Breaux and Valerie Gotch Garrett.
General: He was defeated in the general election on December 6, 2014, after receiving 42 percent of the vote. He competed against Michelle Meaux Breaux.

Education
Babineaux received a B.A. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a J.D. from Loyola University - New Orleans.[4]
Career
Babineaux has been in private practice since 1978. He has also served as an administrative hearing officer for the City of Lafayette.[5]
