Mark Andrus
Mark Andrus is a former juvenile judge for the Second Judicial District in Davis County, Utah.[1] Andrus was appointed to this position in September 1994 by Governor Michael O. Leavitt.[2] Andrus retired on December 1, 2016.[3]
Education
Andrus received his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1982.[2]
Career
Andrus served as an attorney for the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association until he became a member of the Davis County Attorney's Office in 1983.[2]
