Mark Andrus is a former juvenile judge for the Second Judicial District in Davis County, Utah. Andrus was appointed to this position in September 1994 by Governor Michael O. Leavitt. Andrus retired on December 1, 2016.

Education

Andrus received his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1982.

Career

Andrus served as an attorney for the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association until he became a member of the Davis County Attorney's Office in 1983.
