Mark E. Aspey was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He was appointed to this position on March 18, 2005.[1] Aspey retired from the court on April 30, 2015.[2]

Aspey earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona in 1974.[2]
