Mark Bombace was a Democratic candidate for District 40 in the New Jersey General Assembly in the November 3, 2009, state legislative elections.[1]

Bombace ran in the 2009 election for New Jersey General Assembly District 40. Bombace was bracketed with John Agostinelli. They were defeated by Republican incumbents Scott Rumana and David Russo in the general election on November 3, 2009. Bombace and Agostinelli were unopposed in the Democratic primary election on June 4, 2009.[2][3]
