The election in Robbinsdale featured four at-large seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. Incumbents Mark Bomchill and Patsy Green ran against challengers Andrea Bejarano-Robinson, David Boone, Michael J. Herring, Jeff Houle, Pamela Lindberg and Ron Stoffel for the seats. Fellow board members Linda Johnson and Tom Walsh did not file for re-election.

Funding

Bomchill did not report any contributions or expenditures during the election, according to Robbinsdale Area Schools.[3] State law does not require campaign finance reporting if contributions or expenditures do not exceed $750 in a calendar year.[4]

Endorsements

Bomchill received an endorsement from the Robbinsdale Federation of Teachers and a resolution of support from DFL Senate District 45.[5]
