Mark C. Stoltz was the judge of Texas District 265.[1] He announced in October 2013 that he would not seek re-election for a third term in 2014. He left the bench at the end of his term in 2014.[2]

Elections

2010

Stoltz defeated Republican Roger E. Haynes in the general election for Texas District 265, winning 51.02% of the vote.[3]
