Mark Calvert is an associate circuit court judge for the 25th Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. He was elected to the court on November 4, 2014, for a term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2018.[1]

Calvert ran for election to the 25th Judicial Circuit Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 5, 2014.
General: He defeated Kenneth G. Clayton in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 54.6 percent of the vote. (Write-in votes = .12%)[1] 

Education

Calvert received his undergraduate degree from Central Methodist University in 1988 and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1991.[2]

Career

Before his election to the 25th Judicial Circuit Court, Mark maintained his own law practice, The Calvert Law Firm, LLC, in Rolla, Missouri. He also previously practiced law in Phelps County for twenty-two years, specializing in family, probate, and misdemeanor criminal law. Calvert also previously served as a guardian ad litem in Phelps County and in the 25th Judicial Circuit Court and as a special master, parenting coordinator, and mediator for the 25th Judicial Circuit Court Family Court.[2]
