Mark Cavanagh
Mark Cavanagh was a judge of the Michigan 2nd District Court of Appeals. He assumed office in 1989. He left office on January 3, 2025.
Cavanagh ran for re-election for judge of the Michigan 2nd District Court of Appeals. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Education
Cavanagh earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the Detroit College of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to his election to the Second District Court of Appeals, Cavanagh served as a special assistant attorney general and as an assistant Wayne County prosecutor. He also previously worked as an attorney in private practice.[1]
