Mark Coyne is an at-large member of the Soil and Water Conservation District Board in Kentucky. He assumed office in 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Coyne was appointed to the board on June 2023 to replace Matt Miniard.[1]

Biography

Coyne retired as a professor from the University of Kentucky after teaching for 30 years.[2] His research specialties included measuring and monitoring soil health, ecological preservation, environmental quality, and agricultural productivity.[2] He was appointed to the board in June 2023 to a term that ended in 2026.
