Mark D. Thomas is an associate judge for the Eleventh District Court in Washington County, Maryland. He joined the court on June 5, 2006, and was reappointed to another 10-year term in 2016.[1][2]

Education

Thomas received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1980, his M.A. in teaching from Brown University in 1981, his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law in 1986, and his M.B.A. from the Indiana University Graduate School of Business in 1986.[1]
