Why he's running

It has been 20 years since the position of probate judge in Iron County has been contested. Fundamental to our democracy is the election of our representatives and judges. When a candidate stands for election unopposed, the voters are denied a choice. The voters of Iron County deserve a choice when it comes to the election of their probate judge. I offer that choice.[3][4]
