Mark David Wilson is the Group 2 judge for the Monroe County Court of Florida. He was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott (R) on October 30, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Wayne Miller.[1]
Biography
Wilson earned a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, a master's degree from Yeshiva University, and a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University. At the time of his appointment in 2017, he was a special assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida and a chief assistant state attorney for the Sixteenth Circuit.[1]
