Mark Davis is a judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California. He assumed office on March 14, 2022. His current term ends on January 6, 2031.
Davis won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California outright in the primary on March 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.
He was appointed to the court on March 14, 2022 by Gavin Newsom (D).[1]
Biography
Mark Davis received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1986 and J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997. Before assuming office on the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Davis worked as a sole practitioner since 2003. Davis also served as Director of Baseball Operations from 2001 to 2003 at IMG Academy, as Deputy District Attorney with the Riverside County District Attorney's Office from 1997 to 2001, and as a professional baseball player from 1986 to 1994.[1][2]
