Mark H. Duthie is a judge for the 21st Circuit Court in Isabella County, Michigan. He was first elected to this position on November 2, 2004 and took office the following January 1st. His term expired on January 1, 2019.[1][2]

Education

Duthie received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University and his J.D. from its School of Law.[3]
